Berry Denmark is owned and operated by Popcorn Media, a company registered in Denmark. All designs are created by Berry Denmark in Denmark. Our products are manufactured and shipped by our production partner in Lithuania, within the European Union.
Berry Denmark is always your contractual partner and is responsible for your purchase, regardless of the country we ship to.
Payment
Berry Denmark accepts payments via AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Shop Pay, and UnionPay.
We do not charge any payment processing fees.
Payment will only be charged to your card once your order has been shipped.
Production and Order Fulfillment
All products are made to order. Once you place an order, it is forwarded to our production partner in Lithuania, where your product is printed and packaged on behalf of Berry Denmark.
We do not maintain an inventory of pre-produced products. Each order is manufactured specifically for the individual customer.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be produced and dispatched. Delivery times thereafter depend on the selected shipping method and destination.
Berry Denmark remains responsible for product quality, delivery, complaints, and your consumer rights.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. Available shipping methods and total delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout based on your selected destination.
For Denmark and selected EU countries, standard delivery generally takes approximately 7–14 business days from dispatch. In many countries, faster delivery options are available, typically taking approximately 2–5 business days, where offered at checkout.
For the United States and Canada, economy delivery typically takes approximately 8–14 business days, while faster delivery options generally take approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and available services at checkout.
For selected countries in Oceania, including Australia and New Zealand, economy delivery generally takes approximately 8–16 business days. Faster delivery options, where available, typically take approximately 3–7 business days from dispatch.
For other countries where delivery is available, economy shipping generally takes approximately 8–21 business days, while faster shipping options, where offered, typically take approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and selected delivery method.
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, local conditions, and carrier delays.
Any customs duties or import taxes applicable to orders shipped outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient in accordance with local regulations.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable Danish legislation and EU consumer protection regulations.
The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your order.
If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.
You can do so by emailing hello@berrydenmark.dk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may also use the standard withdrawal form.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The deadline is met if the product is dispatched before the end of this 14-day period.
How to Return an Item
Click “Start a return” at the bottom of the website or in your customer account and follow the steps to register your return.
Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an email with the return address and instructions.
You must arrange the return shipment yourself using a carrier of your choice and ensure that the item is securely packaged.
The item must be dispatched no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage so that you can demonstrate that the item was dispatched within the required timeframe.
Please include your order number so that we can quickly identify your return.
Items cannot be returned in person. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
You are responsible for all direct return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal.
The cost of return shipping depends on the carrier and shipping method you choose. Berry Denmark does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
You are responsible for the product during return shipping until it has been received by Berry Denmark. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the product is properly packaged and correctly addressed.
If the package is lost or the product is damaged during return shipping, you may be held responsible in accordance with applicable legislation.
These conditions apply to standard returns under the right of withdrawal and do not apply to valid claims concerning defective or incorrect products, which are subject to separate consumer protection regulations.
Condition of Returned Items
You have the right to inspect and test the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
To avoid any reduction in value, we recommend returning the product in the same condition in which it was received, preferably in its original packaging and with any included accessories.
You are responsible for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
If the product has been damaged, used beyond reasonable inspection, or otherwise reduced in value, an amount corresponding to the documented reduction in value may be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your individual specifications or products that are clearly personalized, including items featuring personal photographs, names, or other custom modifications.
Standard products that are simply manufactured after an order is placed, without individual personalization, are generally covered by the standard right of withdrawal.
Discounts and Promotions
If you received a discount by purchasing multiple products together, such as a Buy 3, Pay for 2 offer or a Buy 3, Get 30% Off promotion, and subsequently return part of your order, Berry Denmark reserves the right to adjust the discount when calculating your refund.
If the conditions of the original promotion are no longer met following the return, the discount will be cancelled, and the refund amount will be calculated based on the regular retail prices of the products you keep.
For example, if you purchase three phone cases of equal value under our Buy 3, Pay for 2 promotion and subsequently return one case, the promotional discount will be cancelled. Since you have already paid the full regular price for the two cases you keep, the refund amount in this situation will be DKK 0.
Free Shipping on Minimum Orders
If you qualified for free shipping by reaching a specified minimum order value and subsequently return enough items that your remaining order no longer meets that requirement, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the standard return procedure described above and place a new order for your preferred item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with standard exchanges, unless otherwise required by your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
When exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you are entitled to without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notification of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.
If you withdraw from your entire order, any original delivery charges will be refunded up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase.
Additional charges resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
Any legally permitted deductions for a reduction in the product's value may affect the final refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Warranty and Consumer Rights
You are entitled to a 24-month legal guarantee under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@berrydenmark.dk with your order number, photographs, and a brief description of the issue.
If your claim is valid, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This may include repair, replacement, a new delivery, a price reduction, or a refund.
Valid claims will be handled without necessary costs to you, including any required return shipping expenses.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If we are unable to resolve a complaint together, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Complaints Board Authority (Nævnenes Hus) through its official complaints portal.
